Continuing a third generation of engineers’ family tradition, Architect, Niki Mavridou, and Civil Engineer, Yiannis Mavridis, are continuing the vision of incorporating modern design and latest building technology to everyday life.
Continuous presence since the 70s to the local construction scene, both in Private and Public Works, gives as the experience to undertake demanding and tight schedule projects. Affordable and innovative solutions, both to practical matters, or legal technical, and property law issues.

Proof of continuous engagement with new technology implementation, is the realization of the first multi-storey building housing, using the new regulation K.En.A.K Energy Performance of Buildings, which ensures reduced energy consumption throughout the building as a whole, and also in each individual apartment.
